Here are some pictures from a week ago. Everett playing with pots and pans while I made dinner. 
I made this Southwestern Egg Rolls With Avocado Ranch Dip recipe and it turned out really yummy. It’ll be a repeat dinner for sure. 
Everett thought it’d be better if I cooked while holding him. 
The finished product didn’t look pretty but it tasted great! My kids usually don’t like avocado and I wish they did, but the avocado in the ranch sauce was delicious to them so they actually ate avocado!! 
I am going to try this recipe. Do you by chance know if anyone makes a gluten free egg roll wrapper.
I don't know, sorry. I had planned on making a gluten free batch from scratch but didn't want to buy a new bag of gluten free flour right before a big move.
When I do get around to making these gluten free I'll try to remember to blog about it!
