Our second day in our new home and we wake up to snow!!
I feed the kids and as soon as breakfast is over we bundle up and head outside!! 
Payson and Ember were crying in under a minute about the cold. I put them back in the car to stay warm while letting the older two play a little bit more outside. I took pictures for a few minutes, too! I couldn’t resist the beauty of it all! 
We decided to drive to a different spot. I stopped the car along the way to take pictures to show Allan. This is a road we’ve taken to go hiking in the past and we’ve only ever seen it in full summer. To see it snowy was really neat.
When we got to the second spot the little kids wanted to come outside again. 
Payson really loved this tree. 
I didn’t even bother taking Everett out of the car. He was nice and warm in there and why ruin a good thing? ha 
We came home and the kids watched TV. 
And then we decided to go to Sam’s Club and look for coats! My kids need warm, bigger winter coats and Sam’s Club (and Costco) have them at good prices. 
I put Everett inside my giant diaper bag in the cart hoping he’d be comfy and cozy and content in there.
Brooke is wearing one of the coats we ended up getting. She decided to try on a vest over the coat. Then she got stuck and I had to help her get out of it. 
Brooke offered to hold a cranky Everett for me after watching me hold him all through the store. So sweet!
