I’d been meaning to buy a high chair for Everett for a long time. Before I even got pregnant with him I knew I wanted to get this one in particular from Ikea. It looked nice, it can be used without the tray and pushed up to the dinner table. It looks like a regular chair, really. I loved it.
I’d been meaning to make a trip to Ikea to get it but just hadn’t got the courage to face Ikea up. Haha, Ikea is intense!
Then one day I decided I just had to get to Ikea to buy this high chair because Everett was totally ready and I knew he’d love being in a high chair where he could watch the action (of his siblings) from higher up, plus sitting in a high chair with a cushion would be comfy!
When Ember saw me opening the box to set up the high chair she scurried over to see. I let her help me as much as she could. It wasn’t too hard and didn’t take too long and Mr. Everett was sitting in his new chair in no time. 
I knew he would and he did, absolutely LOVE it! 
He was holding onto the sides from time to time which gave me a perfect shot of his fingers. 
I love modern baby products that make life easier.
