I think for the past 7 years straight I’ve felt tired every day. Having kids does that to you.
This morning at 4am I got up to pump after Ember finished nursing and when I turned on the pump it wasn’t sucking. Payson had taken one of the pieces of the pump.
I looked for it for an hour until giving up and going back to bed.
I found it today shoved into one of our fans. Nice, Payson, nice.
I watched Yo Gabba Gabba with the kids today. Ember nursed and I laughed and laughed because Jack Black was on the show. That guy’s hilarious.
The girls asked if they could go outside. I said of course they could. I was still breastfeeding Ember and I noticed Payson followed them to the door. I told them to not let him outside because he was only wearing a diaper.
Of course they didn’t listen to me and when I went outside to get him to put pants on him I saw Brooklyn wasn’t wearing a shirt!! WTH? She had a shirt when she went outside!
I told her to get her shirt back on. She yelled that she was hot (WTH again, it wasn’t even a tiny bit hot, it was chilly!) and so I told her she could spend some time in her room fixing her attitude.
I put some soapy water in a bucket for the kids to wash their hands (the paint on our fence comes off on their hands) before coming in.
But a bucket full of water is too tempting for Payson to stay out of.
This was the moment I realized how white trash we’ve become since I had Ember. lol
I’ve been making my kids delicious food and they’ve been taking two bites and not finishing and then complaining about being hungry ALL day. Well, if you’re truly hungry you’ll eat your freaking food, won’t you!
This is one meal they actually ate because it was pasta roni. Totally unhealthy and only purchased because Allan was gone a lot and I was being lazy. Brooklyn acted like I was the best mom on earth for making that for dinner.
And now, Ember is pissed because it’s bedtime and there is no boob in her mouth. Being a pacifier = not fun for me.
Good night, blog.
